We recommend Filezilla (PC & Mac) or Cyberduck (Mac).
To access the FTP site, you will need a username and password. If you haven't received one, please contact us.
For information on preparing your files to print, please review the following specifications to be sure your print project goes smoothly without any delays or charges.

APPLICATION SETUP:
- 1/8” Bleeds
- File Size = Finished Size
- File must be able to separate into print colors
IMAGE QUALITY/TYPE:
- 300dpi
- .TIF, .EPS or .JPG
- (C,M,Y,K,), Duotone, Grayscale, or Bitmap
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Supplied Hard Copy (pre-printed material) needs to be clear, not faxed or photo copied.
- Supplying A Print Job: ALL files must be supplied, including fonts & images, unless a PDF file is supplied (PDF must break out in correct separations and have fonts embedded).
- PDF Files: Grayscale, CMYK, or Spot colors.
- 4 Color Files must be in C,M,Y,K mode, Do NOT use RGB.
- Screened Images/Type should have an Opacity of 4% or more in order to show up on press.
- Avoid Applying Attributes to fonts. Example: the font “Times”, do not apply a Bold, use the font "Times Bold" instead.
